Face to Face Training Process

This process involves individual/small group coaching starting with information gathering on education, experience and aspirations, then providing targeted training and coaching starting with most appropriate tools and techniques.

Output to client management is structured feedback on abilities, areas for development and future potential whilst maintaining confidentiality, (within sensible limits) of discussions with person coached.

E Learning / Webinars

Update 22.4.20

A series of 31 webinars covering  all aspects of the toolkit has now been completed, proofed and uploaded to our webinar platform. This is now availible to students  for immediate course access.

This will allow learning at the students own pace in any location with internet access. It is recommended that this self paced learning is supported with a number of online/in person coaching sessions to optimise the experience.

This section contains the, often underestimated, Leadership and Communication skills. It will also give you techniques for managing the “people” challenges.

Core Project Management
